In Salon Safety
Hair must be washed minimum 24hrs prior to your visit otherwise a shampoo will be added to the service at an extra cost to the client. 
When Booked in for a Hair or Beauty Service please be aware if you have a contraindication your Application cannot proceed. A credit note will be given.
Contraindications include: Lice, Coldsores, styes, pink eye, open sores or any other contagious diseases.

Salon Etiquette

Please Arrive 10min before your appointment time to ensure your consult card can be filled out correctly and to ensure your treatment time is not cut short.

Children are welcome however please be mindful of other clients (some services are not appropriate for children to come along)

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for services how ever if you are unhappy with your service we will gladly fix the problem, to ensure you are happy.
If there is a product that is faulty please return to the salon for a replacement.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment with Rosewood we are allocating that time slot for you and their fore will be charging a $50 non-refundable booking deposit to secure your booking. 
If you cancel with less the 24hrs notice or do not show up for your appointment it significantly impacts us and the other clients that have been turned away for a service, and therefor you will forfeit your deposit.
If you give us more then 24hrs notice your deposit can be transferred to another booking time slot but is not refundable.
Your deposit is credited towards your booking not an additional
fee.
If a booking is held with a gift voucher, and has a late
cancelation, $50 of the gift voucher value is forfeited.
Clients who provide less then 24hrs notice are welcome to
send someone else in their place to have the booked 
servies to avoid loosing their deposit.

Requirements of client:

All persons receiving a service must have clean dry hair. Preferably

the night before but no later then 24hrs. If you or any of your party have any concerns please contact the stylist for Advice. It is the

clients responsibility to inform the stylist of any potential issues

that could arise from previous allergies or known reactions to

products or ingredients caused to any of her party.

If a client has any contraindication to a service the service

cannot proceed. A credit note will be given.

Mobile Services

Payment Policy

A $200 non refundable deposit is required to secure your date. By making a deposit you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set out in this quote. All moneys Due, to be paid in full 14 days prior to the wedding/event. You may pay cash or deposit directly into RoseWoods bank account.

All booked services cannot be removed however you may add additional services up to 14days prior to your wedding day. Day of add-ons will be at the discretion of the artist/stylists. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Additional payments: 

Bookings commencing before 6am and after 6pm incur a $50 surcharge per stylist booked. Sundays may incur a surcharge.

Any Parties booking more then 6  services require a second stylist at a minimum of $50 depending on stylist booked, details will be outlined  in your quote.

Public holidays and their associated weekends may incur a public holiday fee per stylist, this depends on the stylist you are booking and will be detailed in your quote.

Travel outside of the Wollongong region will incur a travel fee, generally $1 per kilometre, and will be detailed in your quote.

Cancellation policy:

You may cancel your service at any time however; you will forfeit any and all deposits and/or payments made. In the unlikely event that the stylist is unable to perform services for any reason including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc reasonable accommodations shall be made up to and including a full refund of deposits of services not provided. While we will endeavour to recommend suitable replacements we will not be held liable for any additional cost incurred by you due to the cancellation including but not limited to additional costs to book another company as a replacement.

NOTE: Rosewood is happy to refer other individuals/businesses for services unable to be provided but will not be held liable for any matter that may result from a referred or affiliated business. All issues must be raised with the individual/business.
